The Challenge

Dr Klaper came to me with an outdated Wix website that no longer reflected the scale or credibility of his work. The site was difficult to manage, visually dated, and not optimised for modern user experience or content updates by his team.

Alongside this, his digital growth had plateaued, YouTube subscriber growth was slow, and his Instagram presence sat at around 34K followers with limited engagement and consistency.

The transformation significantly strengthened his digital ecosystem:

• Instagram grew from 34K to 98.9K followers

• A structured and engaged mailing list was established

• YouTube presence gained improved positioning and consistency

• The website became a fully manageable platform for his team when needed

• He expanded his impact beyond content into real-world initiatives, including launching his own charitable organisation
